Meditation: Sound Physical Health

I know my body is the temple where God dwells. I honor and exalt the Divine presence within me. Divine love fills my soul, and His river of peace flows through my mind and heart at all times. I eat my food with joy, knowing that it is transmuted into beauty, harmony, wholeness, and perfection. I know God hath need of me where I am, and I am Divinely expressed. I am loved, I am needed, I am wanted and appreciated by my father and others. I radiate love, peace, and goodwill to everyone at all times. My food and drink are God’s ideas that unfold within me, making me strong, wholesome, and full of Divine energy.
